About Got Game Workouts:

These workouts are designed to help players stay sharp, develop key skills, and stay active in a focused, small-group environment. Sessions will be led by Sean Ingle (Previous Irish U17/U18 International HC and HC for Carrick Cruisers in the NL) & Guest Coaches, focusing on skill development, decision making, spacing and advanced P&R reads.

We’ll be running our Off Season Player Development Workouts for 4 days in June - for both Junior and Senior groups. Secondary School Only - LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!
